How Continuity reviews sources

A file being easy to download does not make it safe to copy into an archive. This package includes only original Continuity guides and one individually reviewed public-domain government reference.

Before a file is included

1. Identify the exact title and publisher.
2. Record why redistribution is allowed.
3. Save the original source address, archive date, file location, tags, and checksum.
4. Keep the item out when its rights, provenance, or safety are unclear.

What this package does not claim

This package does not include a Kiwix or ZIM file, a local server image, live alerts, maps, or an automatic update service. External links and discovery indexes remain outside the package until a title-level review is complete.

Keep your copy healthy

After extraction, open sources.html to see the resource ledger. Compare a file with the SHA-256 value in integrity-manifest.json when you need to check for corruption.
